This trip will be made with a Hydrogen bus.

Flame retardants provide people with vital increased escape time and allow the emergency services to respond timely.
This presentation aims at giving a short overview of the historical use of flame retardants, their current status and challenges, regulatory overview and future expectations for the automotive sector.

Summary

Public Transport plays a significant role in improving Mobility in our cities for the future. As cities get more and more congested the public authorities are faced with new challenges and are looking towards technology to help solve them. Some examples are; smart ticketing, information systems, travel planners, real-time traffic information and one of the newest concepts revolving around Mobility as a Service (MaaS). This is an alternative to car ownership, to provide users with more choice and a possibility to influence the development of new services. It can lead to more efficient, enjoyable, and more sustainable transport systems. The panelists in this session will provide insights to the latest development within ITS, and engage the audience in a debate.

Summary

This session will address automation in the passenger transport environment. It will draw primarily on the EU FP7 project, CityMobil2, which is demonstrating automated passenger transport vehicles in various urban environments across Europe. Participants will learn about the types of systems implemented in CityMobil2, the results of the urban demonstrations as well as the prospects for automation in cities of the future. The session will also reach out to other passenger transport automation initiatives/plans outside the CityMobil2 project.
